These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the qu999 platform and all associated services. By accessing our website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have fully accepted all of these Terms.

qu999 is an online gaming platform that provides a variety of entertainment services for users in Bangladesh, including slots, sports betting, casino games, and fishing games. Use of our platform is entirely optional and is intended for adults only.

These Terms form a legal agreement between you and qu999. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

When opening an account at qu999, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

Each individual may create and operate only one account. Operating multiple accounts by the same person is not allowed, and if detected, all associated accounts will be closed immediately.

• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility.
• Sharing your account with a third party is strictly prohibited.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.
• The name used when creating your account must match the name registered with your payment method.

We may request additional documentation for identity verification at any time. qu999 reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account if the documents submitted are unsatisfactory.

You must be at least 21 years old to use qu999 services. Gaming by minors is strictly prohibited. We believe responsible gaming is a fundamental obligation.

At registration and at any point thereafter, we may request a copy of your national ID card, passport, or other government-issued ID for age verification. We reserve the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.

If evidence is found that a minor has used this platform, the relevant account and all transactions will be cancelled, and deposited funds may be returned.

4.1 Deposits

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds at qu999: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.

Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and such transactions may be returned.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

• Withdrawals must be made using the same method that was used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be on hold until the wagering requirements for any bonus have been met.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily held if fraud or unusual activity is suspected.
• If documentation is requested for identity verification, withdrawals will not be processed until those documents are submitted.

qu999 is not responsible for withdrawal delays caused by technical issues, banking delays, or any other reason, but we always strive to complete payments as quickly as possible.

New members at qu999 receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500; depositing ৳12,000 applies the maximum ৳8,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳20,000.

Wagering Requirements

Before a bonus can be withdrawn, a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount must be met. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined sum of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = you must place a total of ৳15,000 in bets before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless otherwise stated in specific terms.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or fraudulent bonus claiming is found, the account may be terminated.
• qu999 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel bonus offers at any time.

VIP Program

qu999 has three VIP tiers. Bronze members receive up to 0.3% weekly cashback, Silver members up to 0.7%, and Gold members up to 1.0% weekly cashback. You can advance to a higher tier through regular and active gameplay. The cashback amount depends on each week's activity.

All games on qu999 are operated fairly and transparently. The games featured on our platform are provided by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, and other recognised game developers.

If an incorrect amount is displayed or an inconsistent result occurs due to a technical error, qu999 reserves the right to void that transaction. In such cases, we will work to restore the correct state as quickly as possible.

• Any attempt to cheat or manipulate game results is strictly prohibited.
• Using any software or automated tools (bots) to play games is strictly prohibited.
• If a disconnection occurs during a game, the result saved on the game server will be considered final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the qu999 platform:

• Using an account for money laundering or channelling funds from illegal sources.
• Placing risk-free bets to meet bonus requirements (bonus abuse).
• Claiming bonuses repeatedly through multiple accounts.
• Harassing or threatening other users.
• Spreading false information with the intent to damage qu999's reputation.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or attempting to hack the platform.

Violating any of these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure and may, in certain cases, lead to legal action.

The qu999 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We always strive to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted experience, but our liability is limited in the following areas:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection, power outages, or other external factors.
• Transaction delays due to issues with third-party payment providers' systems.
• Unauthorised access to an account resulting from the user inadvertently disclosing their password.
• qu999 is not liable for financial losses from gaming — gaming always carries risk and is intended for entertainment purposes.

We reserve the right to temporarily suspend services for technical maintenance. In such cases, advance notice will be given whenever possible.

A user may request to close their account at any time. This request must be sent to our support team by email.

qu999 may close or temporarily suspend an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any of these Terms.
• Failure to pass identity verification or providing false information.
• Suspicious financial activity or evidence of fraud.
• Being found to be a minor.

At the time of account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonus-related balance) will be returned, though this may be held during an ongoing investigation.

qu999 treats the protection of users' personal information as a top priority. All our data transfers are secured with SSL encryption.

We use your personal information only to provide services, verify identity, and comply with applicable legal obligations. Personal information is not sold to third parties.

The Bengali version of the current Terms is the operative version. This version will apply in the event of any dispute.
